About Me

I am a psychotherapist, certified yoga and meditation teacher, and mom. Originally from the East Coast, I now practice in California, embracing a bicoastal perspective that informs my work. My approach integrates mind and body, science and spirituality, evidence-based therapy, and the shared experience of being human.

My path into therapy has been shaped by both rigorous academic training and lived experience. I hold degrees from Harvard University and Antioch University Santa Barbara, and my clinical work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic, and psychodynamic therapies. I also draw from nearly two decades of yoga and meditation practice, which continue to inform the way I listen and practice.

When I'm not working, you can find me reading, baking, enjoying movement, or spending time with my family and community.

My Approach

The heart of my approach to therapy is a warm, supportive relationship where you feel understood, welcomed, and valued exactly as you are. As we get to know each other, we can begin to bring curiosity and compassion to the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding you back. Using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, we can understand painful patterns, heal old wounds, and create meaningful change.
