Begin the week with a clear mind and open heart. This sweet, small meditation group meets online every Monday at noon. I guide mindfulness and self-compassion meditations. Join us anytime.

Mindful movement helps us connect with joy, hope, courage, calm, and community!

This yoga-inspired workout integrates hand weights to create a joyful and uplifting full-body experience. All bodies welcome. Pop music soundtrack. Ends with stretching and relaxation. My hope is that you leave class feeling energized, capable, and glowing with sweat and endorphins.
